Our exclusive Crown Series plastic chess set blends contemporary and traditional Staunton design for a unique look and with features that serious players look for in a high quality set. The knight is beautifully designed with and realistic features and detail you won't find on other plastic sets. The queen coronets are tall and elegantly pointed unlike most plastic chess sets. Chess pieces have an extra-wide base and are triple weighted creating a low center-of-gravity and excellent balance which is highly desirable for any chess set, especially when playing blitz. (Chess board is not included).

As with all of our exclusive plastic chess sets, the molds and molding process is far superior to that of lower quality sets producing chess pieces with sharper detail and less noticeable mold lines. We use real billiard cloth for the pads and not felt paper and spare queens are a standard feature.
