• All other parts are precut and ready to assemble
• 2 working 12”*18” windows with safety glass and screens
• Shutters and flowerboxes
• 2 Caped Cod dormers (non functioning) (these are not open through roof)
• 2 Grid windows in dormers (non functioning)
• Child’s dutch door (35” High x 16” Wide)
• Adult dutch door on side (47” High x 24” Wide)
• Hardware needed to assemble (screws,latches,handles,nails)
• Outside corner trim (white aluminum)
• All trim and siding is preprimed
